Can someone explain to me about the Grigg / Dempsey 50 metre penalty. I was at the game, and Dempsey caught the ball but hadn't completed the mark. He was still juggling be ball. Yet the umpire called it 50? Did the umpire get that wrong or is there something I'm missing?
