Depends on what. My mate did a double in mechanical engineering and science (physics) and parlayed that into a job in ballistics for dsto. I did a double in law and eng and the law is useless. If you have an interest and plan they can be useful.

Exactly. These aren't professional degrees designed to fit exactly into a job. They're meant to teach skills and philosophies that affect the way you view and operate in the world. I'm pretty sure there are a large number of universities in the USA that only award these degrees.
This is what I liked about Big W, unlike other retail chains they shut at 7. Shifts from 5-8, perfect for after school. However, they've slashed their staffing numbers from when I started there so not many of those positions exist any more.
Yeah, most of those retail environments have so many slackers working for them that if you work hard and get a good rep you can name your own hours, in my experience. :p
