Here you go then. These are for the Premiership Edition that came out after 2004 but I think they're more or less the same game?
Sorry for the quality, the camera on the S22 is shithouse for taking photos of text.
Love this. I read something on reddit once about how "easy" modding Nes games were and this was the first game I thought of (getting the team names up to date).
If you're dishing out copies of it (even if it's not 100%) I'd love a PM.
Yeah that'll be an iso most likely. You need to get the BIOS separately though. The bios is the guts of the PS2 operating system which they don't bundle with the emulator for legal reasons.
So basically you need to add a bios to the emulator which allows it to pretend it's the real console (so...
If by "finding stuff to complain about" you mean "getting upset that a mandatory update renders your entire save game including all careers, seasons and customised players/stats/settings unusable and forces you to start again" then sure.
I wouldn't exactly call having to delete all your saved data and start again "little s**t". That's pretty major s**t imo. It's the same game ffs, surely you test that s**t before release, make the new version be able to read old data, or s**t, I dunno, maybe both?
Kit designer should be a non-negotiable in this day and age. Give us all the generic footy designs and just let us colour each one as we want. It's been a feature of sports games since the N64/PSX.
Yeah it's most likely using an arbitrary or unrelated value to decide who is next inline for each position, rather than having a stat/value for each player's proficiency/preference in a position and selecting based on that.
I love Big Ant (AFL Live's gameplay is still light years ahead of anything else, including Evolution, and the DBC core gameplay is great) but how many times have we heard this from them? Seems to be a habit of biting off more than they can chew.
Both Bradman games had glaring issues at release...
Evolution got a lot of things right, but it still doesn't feel right. Live is missing so many things that Evolution added, but given the choice I'd still play Live instead because of the smoothness of the way it feels.
Was just going through all my saved clips on my PS4. Another one I had saved was an occasion where the AI had decided it was scoring a goal and no amount of outplaying them was going to stop them.
Cut together a quick example of the bullshit that infuriates me in marking contests.
Kicking to leads, both times I've had perfect timing input AND got into the better position. Yet for some reason instead of taking the mark they stop still and do a stupid standing vertical leap while the AI...
Yeah, this. The AI has the ability kick out in front of leads, both forwards and laterally, with pinpoint precision while your defender trots along behind. Meanwhile when entering my forward 50, the only chance you have to hit a lead is to drop it short. Players will lead laterally but it's...
Another testament to the attention to detail and just general random bullshit free kicks in this game. Still getting called for a throw half the time when you've got a clean handball away just before getting tackled, clearly a legal handpass because the free doesn't pop up until the tackle (and...
Seems that on higher difficulties it becomes a lot harder to draw the man too. My midfielders and forwards stick to their defender like glue when I have the ball. Drawing the man just draws my player in as well. So either handball early which gets intercepted roughly 100% of the time, or wait...
