You're just making up stuff to justify your opinion. Any justification that the stadium design or game style (???) changes anything or are even significantly different?
So you got some kind of study that 60,000 is the magic number and when you say 'significantly louder'. Louder than what by how much?
Clearly players have identified playing in front of a home crowd lifts them. Anecdotal evidence has most probably existed since Roman times. Not sure why your...
You're rambling with the same paragraph over and over again.
You are talking about local and state leagues.
What is your point with that? Honestly. We should follow the regional league rationale? Top work champ.
You are making it sound like irrefutable and unchangable while as you have...
What?!? That's not how things are done in hokey suburban leagues and outdated state leagues. It always has to be done how it has been done.
They should go play/support another sport if they don't like how things have always been done.
Is that how it works?
Wow. You got me. There are literally no examples world wide that demonstrate the complete opposite or anything.
Leagues where there's more money and more exposure and much higher stakes. Very, very easy to do it better if there was the motivation there.

Go give it a try and...
I did. Because there's no other choice as the league is the pinnacle of the sport. Comprehension not your strong point?
Just proves that you didn't ask a simple question. You were trying to get some self serving response and was basically saying, if you don't like it then get stuffed.
Sorry...
How it originated is a state league that would be bankrupt without the other teams and to this day Vic teams would be bankrupt without the V/AFL.
No salt. Just facts.
St Kilda, the Dogs and the Roos are the white rhynos of the AFL. They need to be kept in the captivity that is the V/AFL...
It's (meant to be) a national league and it is the pinnacle of the sport.
We have generally been moving towards a more even league in some ways and the hope would be that would have continued within reason but really the MCG deal just demonstrates its all just a bit of a joke league if any kind...
Laughable considering the AFL has a contrived business model that allows for s**t house suburban Vic teams to exist when they should have been relocated, merged or disbanded.
They are completely relevant. They served a purpose at a point in time. A bit like a rugby game. It was clear that the funding of a new stadium would be dependant on it being a multi sport venue.
The MCC deals were always incredibly compromising deals that exceeded what happened this year.
You forgot to address how this is any different to the bog average deals the AFL has been making with the MCC all these years.
Oh that's right, it suited the Victorian teams. Why shouldn't the WAFC look after its own if that's what the AFL is doing in Victoria and expanding markets?
Sent...
So what you are saying is that the AFL are bullies and we should just suck it up?
The irony of all this stadium booking discussion is that numerous MCC deals have bent over the league more than one game of rugby ever did.
Haha. Hes my step son. Ive been in his life since age 5 but his Granma had already got to him before I arrived!
My 6 year old is Freo all the way though.
My 16 year old is a Bombers member and I almost vomited a year or so back when they had a 10 year old boy giving up his pocket money front and centre on a brouchure trying to get more money out of the members.
These are multi-million dollars organisations and if the big end of town wants to...
I think we will end up playing you guys in the first week. Its not 100% of course.
I'd certainly prefer to play at Etihad than Skilled thats for sure!!
If it's at Etihad I'd like our chances. Ross rarely loses at Etihad. It wouldn't be 'fair' for Geelong but fairness is hardly a factor when it comes to the scheduling of games in the AFL, full stop.
