If the soccerroos didn't qualify for the world cup, all we would see about the cup is the little highlight package on the nightly news. Aussies love there sport and get behind them when competing against other countries. Sam Stosur is a prime example, she wins her way into a grand slam final...

Really? We here in Adelaide have never heard anything about building a new rectangle stadium. Adelaide United barely sell out Hindmarsh stadium which has a small capacity. It would be the biggest waste of money ever spent in this state.

The current Adelaide Oval upgrade is for 50k seated but if we were to win the world cup it would be bigger. FIFA rules are to have no standing and all patrons allocated a seat so the hill will need a stand which would probably hold 10k to 15k bringing the ground to over 60k.
