Mate, I love North, will always support them. But the AFL as a spectacle and general sport is down the rung for me. I have the world game and MMA far ahead of it to watch and enjoy.

Nup. While I'm a full fledged home game member for the last 20 years. Taking into account both COVID and health of family members. Been to 2 games in in the last 3 years.
My post wasn't a shot at the A-League by the way, just a general comment.
Look, everyone's priorities are different. But City for example have a couple of Saturday afternoon games for the rest of the season.
Am sure a decent amount of people are happy and keen to take their kids on Saturday night/Sunday evening. But with my family and friends is a hard sell to go on...

Just wish they would schedule more family friendly timeslots though. Mates are all sport mad, even more than me, but all have kids and missus medical condition makes it bit harder to do late games.
Well we took a team of dregs playing some dumb football and took a top level team to 2-1 (atm).
From almost not qualifying, would take where we are every day of the week.
