Fair enough. The bigger the lie, the easier it is to make it stick. Hiding in plain sight.
But the people involved in these sorts of ops don't value human life. They wouldn't care if the buildings were really full or really empty.
How could they evacuate the entire building without drawing...
Is there a motive anywhere in this thread why he would have faked it? And taking a teenage girl away from her friends which are the most important thing to a teenage girl. Not to mention her mum. This makes no sense
