Well it's not really. I asked for advice on a set of irons not whether or not I should have a lesson first.
I am well aware that a new set of clubs wont fix my flaws.
Any recommendations for a set of extremely forgiving irons that go long and straight?
I'm a lefty, fast swing speed with a wicked slice. Budget no issue

“The purists and anyone who understands modern snooker would really have appreciated that match. It was break building and potting of the highest standard and just incredible tactical play,” said Robertson. “It was one of the highest...
Anyone catch the quarter final of the International snooker championship last night? Best game of snooker I have ever seen. Albeit I have only seen 5 games.
Robertson came back from 2-4 down to Selby to clinch it 6-4. Some outrageous potting and the safety battles were epic.
Should be...
95 off the stick more realistic. Looking to get fitted at Drummond so thank you all for the suggestions, I will def give the Mizuno and Callaways a rip.
I use a 23 degree Mizuno hybrid which is the easiest club to hit and I can generally carry that 170. Great go to club, so real keen to try out...
Hi All.
Just a hacker here (shoots about 90 off the stick) looking for some forgiving iron sets. I currently use cloned Callaway clubs that have a sweet spot about half the size of a pea.
Suggestions would be appreciated.
Owen Wright with a win for the ages at the second worst stop on tour. Really hate Snapper, has it ever been pumping during a contest?
Onto Margs next, with a bit of luck there will be a few heats at the box.
This is the epitome of a surfing contest. The winner would have had to have tamed The Box, which was absolutely pumping as well as 20ft+ main break.
Big chance for Taj here, although JJ is still in it.
Pity to see the Brazillians running scared...
He has done it!! White Lightning has won his 4th bells equaling Mark Richards and Slater as the most prolific winner of the bell.
Awesome final too. Scores tied, Fanning wins with the highest single wave score.
Pretty underwhelming Bells so far. Hopefully Mick or Parko can ring the bell again.
The Brazillian contingent are looking the goods though with Telodo eliminating Slater.
Yep, I am all over it. What a season it has been. Perfect chance for Fanning to sneak in another title before J.J. Florence wins the next 20.
As for the ladies, well that's anyone's guess. I am on the Tyler Wright bandwagon this year. Just think she is a little more progressive than her rivals...
Anyone catch the Teahupoo contest. Absolutely epic. Described as the best surfing contest of all time.
Most of the Aussie contigent in the running for the world title were knocked out early including Burrow, Parko and Mick.
