Other than being orchesteral, they don't sound that similar to me. One is distinctly Star Wars-y and the other distinctly Spiderman-y. If you heard just one of them and was asked which series it's from, you could easily get the right answer.

No, it highlights that you need to wait and watch everything before complaining about missing context. These things are fine to explain as the story goes on, you shouldn't need your hand held every step of the way.
