yea along time ago now since Leo has been playing CHB his been FB since Drunkly retired. Now that C.Bolton is FB Leo is at CHB again so you can expect to see him running though the middle on the rebound more often now.

I just felt it was our day from that point on. Really lifted the crowd.

That was memorable. Can't believe i witnessed Leo's goal, it was good stuff. Loved the way he celebrated. Maybe we should move him back into the forward line! :D

Congratulations to Leo Barry on playing his 200th game this weekend against Adelaide.
I have watched Leo's career since he left Deniliquin to go to Sydney as a schoolboy and it is great to see him reach this milestone.
Go Leo!

Best thing that ever happened to Leo was Mathews moving Leppitsch back into defence. It was so successful that it inspired Eade to try Leo back there as well. The rest is history. Have to say 200 games would have seemed very unlikely when he first started out.

That goal last week just summed up eerything I love about the guy. His step, his confidence, his risk taking, and the way he inspires his teammates around him.

Great to see him moved off the gorillas this year too. Now that Bolton is taking the Richo's and Browns of this world (where possible) it's really freeing him up to give us some drive.

Don't think there's any evidence of a change in role for Leo. LRT has played on the likes of Brown and Richo for the last year or two, and Bolton generally played on them before LRT was deemed ready. I expect Leo will still get first crack at the true full forwards, gorilla or not - Fev, Lynch, Lloyd etc

Didn't mean it to sound like he's finished from fullback. I'm not one of those people that seem to think Leo is past it. But when I said it's good to see him off the gorillas I was just saying I'm quite happy to see him with more room to move.

The fact remains that Brisbane had one power forward and Leo didn't take him. Of course Brown and Richo do usually play up at the ground a lot, and Bolton is a natural fit at CHB. But both of them played deep in the forward line against us in the last two rounds.
