But yes, shall be watching simply for the perv on the women and to maximise my chances at winning the dosh, mostly the former. Only been once and got weird looks when I grunted with the players then questioned security "but I thought quiet was called so we could all grunt in unisen? it seems to be the trend with these things? YOU ELITIST PIG, I SHALL HAVE MY REVENGE!" it was a free ticket so I didn't mind getting kicked out, plus it was a mens match...

Yeah I agree with the "Shitty Channel 7 coverage" They show way too much! All day every day! That really sucks!
 
Get some Foxtel Billiboi.
Then you can watch another 2 channels with more tennis. :thumbsu:
It's been an hour and a half. At least wait till the shrieking starts. Lucky for you there's still another 2 weeks. :)

And yeah, an axe to grind with Foxtel. We had digital guy came around to do the phone line hook up, was too plump to fit underneath the house so tried to pawn us a set of wireless adaptors for extra, we told him slim the eff down or give us them for free and our package price jumped from $45 to $75 a month despite us not changing or buying a thing extra. So they can go jump as far as I'm concerned until they price individual stations so we can say "4 sports, 2 movies +blah blah" instead of gettign a bunch of useless channels.
 
Tomic up 2 sets to 1. Although, i think he'll take his foot off the pedal like he did in the 2nd set. 5 set thriller me thinks. Tough on the young guy.
Klein on the verge of a 2 set lead.
Invanovic fairly unconvincing today, hope she improves. Favourite of mine.
Hoping Dokic gets a win today, nothing much would make me happier. :)

why-oh-why are fox showing the tennis when it's on 7 all day?! grr was kinda hoping/expecting some tour down under action! not 30 min highlight at 11pm :thumbsd:

yeah, i expected better coverage this year due to the higher profile riders ... I think there is a highlights at 5.30pm tomorrow or something, but who is home from work in time for 5.30???
 
Yeah that's poor form from SBS I think, I mean they've actually been using their HD channels as well but as far as I'm seeing it's the same schedule as their SD channels (barring the 24hr news service channel) so even with HD you don't get it. You'd expect since they telecasted the Tour de France all day they'd do the tour down under for more than an hour.
 
Yeah walked off to grab drink from outside when he was down a set and 40-15 down came back and he had won it, walked off to take a piss and come backto him saving 2 set points then getting match point.

I'm thinking I won't view his matches and he'll have a better chance of winning them...

Decent performance by Federer tonight.

Didn't look like he got out of first gear and despite Seppi pushing him in the 2nd and 3rd sets i thought he had it under control for most of the match.


Shame about Dellaqua. Wouldn't have gone far anyway, got the dream draw last year.

Hewitt looks in big trouble here.

Gonzales hitting power is unbelievable just don't think Hewitt has anything to rebound it, only way he can get back into this game is if 'Gonzo' starts making some erros.

Should be a relitivley easy 4 set win Gonzales.

Hopefully Hewitt shows some fight tho..

Wrapt that Dokic won, Dissapointed about Gajdisova. She looked to have it wrapped up but lost it. Tomic has a good chance of winning tommorow, opponent played a 5hr epic in and toppled Lopez.

Hewitt down 2 sets to 1, gonzalez hitting winners all over the court. No way Hewitt will win from here. Gawwwn.

& the big Gooch won. :thumbsu:
