2013 Membership Seating

Hi all, I'm just after abit of help. I've been a red zone member the last few years and I'm looking to upgrade to gold or premium with my old man! What the process of knowing where your reserved seats are or picking where they are? As my dad needs a aisle seat due to a medical condition. Do you get a list of seat numbers to pick from? Go into the scg? Etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
