If you're going to bag a team, do it on the main boards, don't go into their board, it tends to piss people off. If you want to visit, remember you're doing it on their terms, not yours.

before you come on here and tell me what i have apparently done, go and find that post on the essendon board where i have bagged your team. i visited the board last night and read the 3 2 1 votes for the game and that was it. after reading this i went back to see what i have written, i couldnt find anything. you wanna know why. COS I DIDNT RIGHT ANYTHING ON THE BOMBER BOARD!!! i see posts by other melbourne people but none by me. i have kept it all to this board and the main board ok. and really i am so over you people i wont waste my time bagging you all, cos really i have better things to do.

That is a mystery, one minute the post was there with dees fools post & the next minute PFFFT, disappeared, it is magic I say, or maybe someone realised they were wrong & deleted it.
Maybe dees fool will take their post off our board, though I doubt it.

And you want your moderator status back, I can tell you that going onto other teams boards & being abusive is not the way to go about it.

DG9, my most abject apology, you are quite correct. Like the sig too

Dees Rule, what matters is respect. If you want it you have to also give it to others. Trash talking on other teams boards does not garner much respect, especially for one aspiring to moderator status. Say what you like here and on the main boards, but on other teams boards you are a guest, so show a little repsect if you expect to maintain any credibility.

I apologise too, sorry must have got confused with your angry posts on the main board.
I think you know that I have nothing but respect for your team & your coach. I have never bagged them. How would you feel though if the Dees won by that margin & we came on the boards saying your players were softcocks etc & that you only won because of the umpiring. I know that after a close loss you tend to say things you normally wouldn't.

P.S. I didn't think you guys were soft & after the articles in the papers certainly didn't expect an easy win. Nothing fires me up more than something like that so I expected a tough game, though it was pretty scrappy.

and i so regret saying the stuff that i did say on the main board but you get caught up in the heat of the moment and say stuff you regret, and then things spiral out of control. OOPS!

Footy wouldnt be footy if we didnt have a go at each other & theres nothing wrong with posting a bit of abuse on other teams boards...

Actually you are wrong. When Bluey set up the team boards he warned everyone that posting abuse on another teams board could get you banned, because the team boards are set up so supporters could have serious discussions about their team without having to put up with abuse from other supporters.
The main board is for venting your spleen.

But I realise we do have to be extra extra careful when bagging Matty Lloyd and Jimmy Hird because for all we all we know they could be reading this and we don't wanna hurt their feelings

first of all - i dont want to make enemies on this board cos then ill turn into some prick that nobody likes.

and

Secondly - a lot of the things i said were in the heat of the moment and looking back i regret saying SOME of the stuff i said. look i was upset that we lost but S.H.I.T happens and u just have to get on with it. you can dwell on the past. (even tho it was only sunday).


now i am looking forward to this sunday and getting down to moron park and beating those port scum and having a nice celebratory drink afterwards. hmmmmm what a nice day, sitting on cold aluminium seats on a sunny sunday with a nice breeze off the lake and watch the power get switched off at footy park.
