With the benefit of hindsight it looks like Adrian Fletcher would have been a better choice than Scott Cummings this year. He is gunning for Williamstown every week. I would love to see Fletcher in the team this week instead of Steinfort..

Damn Lane, we could've had both!

I wanted Fletch over Cummings prior to the draft as well. I've seen a lot of Cummings play over here for the last few years and he has basically done nothing.

He did show some good form though earlier in the year, bit of a pity about his hammy. But lets see how he recovers over the next few games if they select him. I reckon the time for him to come back is this week against Freo. On his own territory, he knows Subiaco well. If he doesn't perform well this week at Subi, then its a worry. (thats if he has recovered from his injury)

I could be wrong, but I think Fletch was selected in the VFL team to play the SANFL this week, but turned it down so the VFL could give a kid a go. Whatta bloke.

Along the same line, Lovett-Murray was one of the four Willy players selected...recall to the rookie-list for him??
