The outtakes for s02 appeared on youtube in the last day. Gervais would be ****ing difficult to keep a straight face around especially when you hear his hysterical shriek off camera. It's clear a lot of it was loosely scripted which is par for Gervais stuff. The therapist outtakes were pretty funny.

I enjoyed both seasons but I can certainly see the point about the second feeling like a bunch of expected set pieces at times. Bit surprised to hear a third season planned. I imagine that will feel really forced if it's just the same more or less.

Would love to see Stephen Merchant pop up.

I enjoyed season 2 a bit more than 1, the stand out episodes for me were 2 and 5.

I like the parts in episodes where they have music playing and it shows the characters just going about their daily life.

They must of had a lot of positive feedback to want to do a season 3.

Mostly enjoyed it, not really up to season 1's standard though; didn't really have a solid story strand running through it, too much overacting from Ricky and leaning heavily on sad music/videos. Thought the end was terrible and regressive. Really can't see where he plans to take season 3.

Finished S2. Really liked it. The theatre show was a pisser and loved the bloke who decided he’s an 8 year old girl and his “no you’re ****ing not” wife.

Agree. Season 2 overly morose.
I struggled with it compared to the first season but still held strong to underlying value

The therapist was creepy af. Which is probably Gervais take on things. The people in positions to guide life are seriously flawed.

Definitely a lot of ad-libbing and re-takes because of it. Funny watching other actors who aren't breaking and frustration that creeps in. Would be annoying as **** when Ricky breaks off camera and stuffs the shot.
