Got the album Moon Safari a couple of years back and only really full on listened to it recently - you need to be in the right mood to enjoy it. It's great ambient music.
"Alone in Kyoto" is also another great track of theirs.
.
I can't wait.I will be expecting a reviewSeeing them at the O2 Wireless Festival in Hyde Park in a month or so with the White Stripes, possibly going to be the greatest day ever.I can't wait.

I'll review it now...Awesome. A longer review will occur after the event.I will be expecting a review![]()
I told my friends recently that you are ''cool'' if you like Air.
If you've never heard of them, I probably wouldn't get along with you because you'd probably listen to crap.
I've had the moon safari album for eight years and i've never equated it with 'cool'. It's a good cd though.![]()
Agree with you all. Superb duo that have made some of the best soft synth music ever. We all love Moon Safari but I actually think Talkie Walkie is an utter gem of a recording. The final track Alone In Kyoto just takes me away. I would also recommend a ripper of an EP that I picked up for the bargain price of $10 called Premiers Symptomes. All instrumentals that gently flow. I do have their latest Pocket Symphony and like it without thinking it is their best. Hopefully it will grow with time. I think I need to go and play Cherry Blossom Girl.![]()
Funnily they're not that popular in France.
Any reviews of their latest album? I haven't picked it up yet...
