I got a Chisel brand watch from the mrs for Christmas. It has a normal face, a 24 hour face, a date face, and a day face, which has been fine until today. Because of how ****ed up February is. It is now the 1st of march, okay thats no problem....twist the watch until its on the first. Now its saying today is Saturday! Now this is really gonna annoy me not having it on the right day. Is there a way to separately set these other mini faces without adjusting the time?

This solution is how to fix most analog watch day/date issues.

It describes it better than I could explain it.

The manufacturer recommends you don"t try to change the date between certain hours as this could hurt the date changeing mechanism inside the watch, I don"t think you did any harm (LUCKY) and the date changeing 45 minutes before mid nite is just about right. BUT! if the date change was aliitle closer to mid nite at 1 time you can try to reset the date, here"s how, your stem should have 2 positions to change the date without haveing to cycle the watch the 24 hours 60 times. Slip a finger nail just under the crown and gently, gently lift the crown to it:s first position, it may take a little practise but you"ll get it, once you do, trun the crown and you should see the DATE change, if so set the DATE to 1 DATE before the DATE you want, now pull the stem out and set the correct gate and time of day. Your watch is now reset and date will change on time, around nid nite.

I used to have a watch like this and it had a half pull which would set the date.

Just had to twist to get 24hr/weekday right.
