I was just wondering if anyone can tell me where Andrew Browne is at? Is he playing for Claremont? Is he likely to crack it back into the Dockers team anytime this year??

Cheerio,

Alf.

My sources have him getting a game for Claremont this week, more than likely in the ressies....is at least a month away from being considered.

He's a good young player too from what I saw of him last year. Hope he makes it back into the team!
I think he'll struggle to get back into our 22, there's just so many midfielders ahead of him.

What about the Half Forward Flank? Particularly with Dessie out of sorts. He's shown a lot of promise. He and Jlo were basically the only reasons we beat Richmond at the MCG last season.

Do you honestly think CC would drop Des?

Des has been in good form IMO, apart from some ordinary disposal here and there. Far from being dropped.

Wouldn't be suprised to see Browne given a game when he's fit, but he's really going to have to perform consistantly to maintain a spot.

Des is just returning from injury, I thought he did well coming back into the side. He needs to get a bit of touch, there's no point in someone like him running around in the WAFL. He applies himself when he's out on the field.

One would think Andrew Browne would be 4-5 weeks from getting a jersey in the Freo side. The form has to be there. He's competing with Schofield to make his way into the side atm.

The one part of Brownes game that's always agrevated me is he has abolsutely no trouble in creating opportunities for himself, but his confidence in finishing isn't there. He always looks to pass off even when right in front. That will come with experience, the coaches and team members should put some faith in him!
