Well Healey started $3.40 outsider and closed at $1.40 before bookies pulled it off their books.

No fix & Healey starting at 1.40 i don't think so.
Koubek started outsider because he was hot off a plane from Doha against an in-form local. Opening books had 1.65 v 2.30 but it didn't last long.
Then odds switched around.
