The Milwaukee Bucks have reached a settlement with Anthony Mason and have requested waivers on him, General Manger Larry Harris announced Friday, Oct. 10.

Yeah but i'm hanging out until the word of his retirement is official.
I know he could get a spot on a few teams but i know Mase well enough to know unless a ring is a huge possibility he won't sign on.
To be honest i couldn't stand to see him as a backup for a team like Denver or Washington. The last year and a half i've watched Mase closely and i know the passion he once had is gone.....instead of getting technicals and scowling and mouthing off everytime he was called for a ridiculous foul he'd just smile and walk off. I really miss that desire and energy he had going into every game.
The most joyous times were his days in Charlotte when he got recognition for his tremendous talent and he got the attention he deserved. It's so so ****ing hard for me to watch it all go away.
