Id be pretty mad if members of our defence force have been pressured to have a anthrax anti venom injection.
I served in the RAN for six years in the early 80's joining at a fairly young age , during one of my sea postings myself and quite a few other guys were asked to dig up a floor that was known to contain asbestos, ATT we were very hesitant about doing so, because of lack of ventilation, no masks etc, anyway we ended up doing it as we felt pressured from superior Officers.
My point is that that these injections which i believe were given during the gulf war and have been tenuosly linked to gulf war syndrome, quite possibly alot of guys (and gals) may have felt pressured into receiving one
I read today that out of 30,000 british troops in the middle east that over 50% refused the injection.
