Geelong lose a lot of finals if not Grand Finals over their history thats part of the reason for them being known as the handbaggers.
Not sure there are many teams that have 27 fails on the big day though, to give Collingwood credit its often because they fight hard to get there and they are the underdogs on the day.

The Woodville-West Torrens Eagles in the SANFL - . And until last Sunday, Glenelg, especially between 1969-92 when they lost 11 and only won 3.

Denver Broncos managed to lose their first 4 Super Bowl attempts, finally cracking it for a win in 1998. They've won a couple of other since (3-5 overall).
Buffalo Bills managed to lose 4 in a row from 1991-94. They still haven't won one.
Minnesota Vikings are probably the most famous NFL losers, going 0-4 from their only 4 appearances in the early 70's.
Grand finals don't happen in the EPL but you could look at FA Cup finals. Leicester City are probably the most likely to choke, with a 0-4 record. All the major clubs have winning records (Arsenal 13-7; Man United 12-8; Chelsea 8-5). Perhaps the surprising one is Liverpool winning only 50% (7-7). Tottenham have an 8-1 record!
England are notorious for losing penalty shootouts in major football events. 1990 v.'s Italy (World Cup Semi); 1998 v.'s Argentina (World Cup Last 16); 2006 v.'s Portugal (World Cup Quarter Final); 2018 v.'s Columbia (World Cup Last 16); 1996 v.'s Germany (Euro '96).
England still haven't won a World Cup Cricket tournament. Lost to the West Indies in 1979. Lost to Australia in 1987. Lost to Pakistan in 1992. Drew with New Zealand in 2019.

Essendon haven’t won a final since 2004 although they did help Lance Armstrong win his last four Tour de France. Hope this helps mdavideedee_man64 !
