blewett and faull put on 100 at about 4.5 an over. they were 1/200 in the 38th then 8/263 off 50 overs. blewett 101 off 122 faull 48 parker 53 (49). warne 3/62 off 10 williams 3/35 off 10. reiffel 0/75 off 10.

innings never really got going. 2/90 off 20 was promising but 4 wickets for 1 run between the 24th and 26th. warne got 71 off 76 to make the score respectable. all out for 236 in 48th over.

first loss in shield for season. regular occurrence on this game when i play w.a in rnd 3 with their stars back. angel and Julian regularly rip through me.
