Lyon needs to bowl much fuller. If they want to go back to every delivery, give them a few tasty drifting genuine half volleys or full tosses on the stumps, see if they're equally happy to step across and go back.

Honestly, it shouldn't be that hard. Herath spent a career bowling people into stepping across their stumps just so he could bowl his arm ball at them. Got like 80% of his wickets LBW.
