Bad Customers

Anyone else had a bad experience with a customer when working down at Woolworths / Coles???

Had the fortunate experience not long ago at the hands of women that demanded I give her a product for free since another customer had placed it in the wrong area. I said no since she had not been through the checkout. She argued that it was company policy, and then when she didn't get her way said that she would never come back and shop at our store again.

A few days later she was back again, trying to avoid my view.
Final Score. Me 1: Rude, Arrogant Customer 0
