I may be inebriated, but I am serious. Bad luck for today guys. It was a great game to watch, and I was actually suprised by how you hawks fans have not mentioned the umpiring yet. It was **** house. Nevermind. Youve got a great future, look foward to next year. Although Danny Chick needs a haricut!

Grendel, DCFC, Hitman, DD, Elt, Sly et al, commiserations. I know it's not much consolation that we know how you're feeling, but you can be damn proud of your boys effort yesterday. I know I thought we were in big trouble, and to see the hawk fans after the game as gracious as they were was a credit to your club. Certainly a far cry from some other games I've been to.

Sorry I didn't get down to the pub for a beer, but things were tad hectic before hand trying to organise seating for my hawk-in-laws who'd come over from Perth and afterwards queuing for a ticket.

Hope those of you who ventured out to the VFL GF today had a great day.

Yep...what a weekend...was shattering but plenty of things to be extremely proud of us well.

And was really good to end the year on a high with Box Hill winning their first ever premiership.
