I'm surprised he's still with us, after just reading how he came to have the meat. Let me see, wins it at the pub friday, now I wonder how long the meat was in the butchers & then at the pub until the raffle friday night, I would hazard a guess it would be at least two to three days old, then left out of a fridge for eight hours & then frozen. My gawd Scotty, if you are going to freeze meat, then it should be done within a day of purchase, especially chicken, ever heard of salmonella?

My mate at work bought Chinese on a Thursday two weeks ago at lunch, had leftovers and left them in his car all day in 38 degree heat. Chucked it in the fridge when he got home, ate it for smoko the next day. Half an hour later who chucked up his organs underneath a tree outside. I even took a photo to prove it.

Actually an intelligent man would freeze the meat, and wait until its bin day instead of just throwing it in the bin to stink up the joint for up to a week.:cool:
