Social Science Bali 9 - What happened to the suppliers?

We all know about what punishment was meted to the Bali 9, afterall they are Aussies. But what happened to the people who supplied them? I know that some of them got caught in the hotel room taping the drugs to some of the 9.

What happened to them? Did they also get death penalties and life sentences?

I'm pretty sure the nine were the only ones caught red handed. Five were arrested at the airport and four were arrested at the hotel, and as far as I know there was nobody else with them at the time.

IIRC there was some Thai chick supplying them but she left the country before they caught her. I don't know if they ever tried to get her extradited or anything.
