I think if they locked up everyone who sits in the audience at the big brother eviction show, then the national crime rate would drop significantly!

If we didnt look so harshly upon mass muder, someone could probably do us all a big favour. Maybe they could excuse it just this once....

If Saddam wants revenge on Aus,we know where he can direct his bombs.
Just make sure Gretel's near by.

It's funny how the people who hate it spend just as much time procrastinating about it, compared to the people who like it.

I'm fairly indifferent, wouldn't bother me if it was on or not, but I don't whinge about it.

You obviously don't watch much of channel ten then. They flog the absolute cr@p out of this rubbish. It riles me up.

Reality TV is dead. When are the networks going to realise?

I really hope this is the last series. It's a crap show, dull and whoever enjoys watching people live need to have a look at themselves.

It's bloody annoying the way 10 run huge ads across the bottom of the screen during shows.I was watching Law & Order last night when a huge Big Brother ad popped up.

Now if half the population tuned out then the whole concept would die.

All we have to do is turn the telly off or dont tune in. Before we know it, we will hear and read reports of ratings failure, over blown budget and bingo this pathetic show will never be seen again. Like all the others.

I want to see it die a slow painful death.

I'm rarely home at that time of night and when I am I don't waste my time watching that crap.

Ratings failure? Is it possible. Those things have to be dockered, for a start I must have seen about 15 "#1 US hit" before new series fire up over here.

I don't mind Survivor, but that is the limit of my reality TV prowess.

Unless the girl on Meet my folks is a stunner...then I may tune in.

I saw the new Big Brother ad. last night... '16 house-mates and only 8 beds.'

I will refuse to watch it until there is '16 house-mates and no toilet.' Now that would be a laugh!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Martin Bryant would make an excellent surprise intruder.

Shame Jeffrey Dahmer isn't amongst us anymore.

Some reality shows are definately dead (The Mole, Temptation Island) although Big Brother still seems to be going strong. The first series won their timeslot week in week out and won the Logie for best Reality TV show. The second series was still a huge success according to Southern Star, I belive their final eviction was in the top 3 rating events on Australian TV for 2002.

Will this be the last series of Big Brother? Who knows. I'm not sure if any country has done/currently doing a Series 4. The ratings will decide the fate of the show.

I love the Mole! It's sooooooooooo much better than Big Brother.

I think its more like a game show than a reality tv show.

I loved The Mole too! But I have to admit the 3rd series went downhill compared to the first 2 series where it was less predictable. It was also hard to make a 4th series when popular host Grant Bowler left to persue work in the USA.

It is considered a reality tv show because it's a long running serial (over a number of days/weeks). It was nominated for best reality tv show in the Logies for the last few years.

Ivan Milat could drop in.

I've heard that the budget is huge for this years Big Bro....

They might bring Peter Sutcliffe over from Yorkshire to assist Ivan!!!!!!

He would be no good. He'd just hide someplace in the house where nobody could find him.
