Hank was the Magarey Medal winner in 1946 and 1947.
Hank played in premierships in 1945 and 1953.
He captained West Torrens from 1947 to 1955. He was captain-coach in 1951.
He won the club Best and Fairest in 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1952, 1953 and 1957.

Storer's book does not have behinds totals for all games in 1945. There were only two games for which behinds were denoted, so Hank probably kicked at least another five that year.
He played 118 successive games between round 5, 1945 and round 13, 1951.
