Bring Back Freaks & Geeks

How come they bring the best shows to the out of rating season? Freaks and Geeks was the best show on television. The stations just get the thing going..a cult following builds up and then they get rid of it

Anyone else agree they should bring this show back?

and to think the amount of money they spent on the dribble that is Big Brother..what a toss!

I wish ch7 would show the final series of HOMICIDE : LIFE ON THE STREETS.

There aren't enough episodes, unfortunately; I think there was only one season made. It was critically acclaimed but the ratings were terrible and it ended up being cancelled, because Americans would rather watch rubbish like "Just Shoot Me". I don't get my own people's tastes sometimes.

I really dug it, especially the character who listened to Rush and played drums. I was exactly like him when I was 14

They also made reference to Blackmore's Rainbow in one episode i saw. Rush are pretty fabbo...2112 is still a classic!

any 14 year old drummer into neil peart is a good pedigree thats for sure!

Oh yeah, I copied everything. Even went and saw them live. I still listen to most of it now actually, it holds up. Sucks; I wish there was more of a following down here. I can't find any CD's at all and I've never heard 'em played on radio.

Somebody must like them though. There's an autographed "Hemispheres" LP at the Hard Rock, and an acquaintance had a bootleg.

Should I actually move here, I'll probably seek out some musicians who know it and get together....my first love as a drummer is to play all that self-indulgent progressive stuff

Yeah i watched F&G every week but then it just stopped?? Very annoying.
