After 3 rounds of the regular season, which Eagles players are topping the bill and picking up votes? Cousins, Judd, Kerr, Embers, Cox???

Which Eagle will top the scale come September?
Couisins for me, hitting top form even through injury!

At a guess...

Cousins would have:
Round 1 - 3 points
Round 2 - 0 points
Round 3 - 2 points (possibly one)

Judd would have:
Round 1 - 0 points
Round 2 - 1 point (if he's lucky, probably 0)
Round 3 - 3 points

Embley would have:
Round 1 - 2 points
Round 2 - 2 points
Round 3 - 0 points

at the moment Embley is probably leading our team, with Cousins and Judd not far behind on 3 or 4 votes, but i'm reasonably confident Judd will win another brownlow this year. And if not I think it is highly likely he wins another one at some point in his career, maybe another 2.

he's just that good and catches the eye, umpires are always watching the packs and seeing Judd come in and take it out of there shrug a tackle and lay it off, I think it's probably hard ball gets that get you more brownlow votes then loose ball gets.

After watching rounds 3 and 4 performances....CHRIS JUDD...will be a huge contender if not the brownlow medal winner for 2005

On a round by round basis-
Judd- 0, 1/0, 3, 3/2. - best case scenario, 7, worst case, 5.
Cousins 3, 0, 1/2, 2/3 - best case scenario 8, worst case, 6.
Fletcher, 1/2, 1/2, 1/0, 1/2 - best case scenario 7, worst case, 3.

Barring injuries, I think Judd and Cuzz will be neck and neck all year.

Fletch is an interesting one- if he finally started to get the love he deserves from the umpires, he's so consistent he could find himself with a very handy tally at the end of the year.

i think judd and cousins can push towards 20 votes each. alot depends on how many games we win though.

fletch and embley could both aim at 15.

thats alot of votes over 4 players but its whats within reach.

I agree .... all last year he was very consistent and i thought he would've lowered judd's brownlow votes but the umpires always seem to overlook him...

In the best case scenario Judd and Cousins would tie in the brownlow votes and share it :) lol .... but i think Cousins deserves it ... he works really hard and is right up there with the best of them .... he was unlucky when he missed out on it by 1 vote a couple of years ago but maybe this year he can do it ... :) .... at least we can see from his form in the first few rounds judd isn't going to die off after they win e.g. Goodes
