It's weird how little time guys keep the job when you look back at it. Hardwick is already 9th longest serving Richmond coach (based on games coached). If you win a final this year he will go to 113 games by the end of season; equal with Frawley and Jewell in 5th place alltime.

Recently you've seen Frawley (6th), Wallace (8th) and Harwick (9th) three of the longest serving coaches in Richmond history.

Wow , I was unaware of this , i will say this though , Jade Rawlings 10 week stint felt like 6 years. Geischen would have to be up there , he was a fantastic motivator of men.

lol so much agree with that. Every time he was interviewed be it at half time or at the end of the game it was like the potato man was talking. He tried but boy he had no real idea.

Players " Ok, attacking,we love it! Anything else"

Rawlings " Thats all we need, get ball, kick ball"
