Converting .amr to .mp3

Anyone know how to convert .amr to .mp3 or similar?

I have a recording off a phone that was given to me and would liek to convert it. I can play it in quiktime, and could save it as in quiktime pro but i dont really want to buy software and use it once.

Anyone know of a free program that can do it?

go to www.download.com, and search there, download a few programs and see if you can find one that does the busiess.
