Give it up Ed, the guy is a lazy sod and everyone can see it. No, he's not going to change, and we've gotten success by drafting players with good work ethic and a good team first attitude, even if they're not the most talented player around (Leigh Brown). Motlop is the exact opposite of that, so no, we don't want him.
