Hang on a minute, what are you on about?. According to the media and opposition supporters, we have a full list fully fit bar Cotchin, and have been playing our best 22 for 3 weeks:p

He's a lazy dud anyway,he'll be delisted at the end of the year.

Still listed as a hip injury which he tried carrying all through last year

Alot of people jump on this kid with calls of being "Lazy" or "not caring"

But from all accounts had this injury early last year and was trying to burst into the senior team so didnt say much about it
wasnt really monitored till mid year
and if his still carrying it suggests its probably a serious injury,
Sounds like he was working pretty hard to get into the seniors to me

Cant wait for him to be back and fit

Alot of our "supporters" jump off our kids much too early

No he isnt fit.

He cant get his hip right.

Might be the nail in his coffin if he cant shake it.

Great post :thumbsu:

His hip started to get better a couple of weeks ago before ending up back with Cotchin in the rehab group.

I have a lot of faith in the kid, nobody deserves to have their career cut short before it even begins...

Love your work... he'll be worth the wait, trust me. ;)

Danny will be back to full training next week, was having a chat to him last week, he was saying it's been a very frustrating injury,he also said he regrets trying to push on with it and not get it fixed up earlier. He is over the rehab thing and is looking forward to getting out there again with the boys. He is confident that he will be right to go this year.

I asked him if it was anything like Ray Halls injury and he said that it was different to his, that is a good sign for us.

He is a good kid as well, was happy to have a chat.

Another Miller wasted draft pick.

Dud.

Bit rough on a kid who had the hip injury all last year but battled on before accepting help with it.

I want to see what he can do when he's actually fit before calling him a dud.

I too have a lot of faith in this young kid. Saw him play a practice match a year or so ago and some of his field kicking was sublime.

If we can get him right with injury and get a fitness base into him, he will go alright. He is a perfect fit for a team bereft of guys who can kick the ball well over short and long distance.

It is very encouraging that he is back in full training.

Great post. totally agree.

No doubt, all the bleeding hearts on here will tell about his injuries, bad luck etc .

Why don't we give him 100 games like krakour then delist him when we are all 120% sure he is an absolute spud!

I wouldn't wait till the end of the season.

lol, talk about pawning yourself. Is he anywhere near playing 100 games? Let alone 50 yet. How many games has he played?

I dont have much faith he'll be a player, infact I'm 75% sure he wont be but I want to see a fit Danny Meyer play before I write him off for the year and his career.

i have about as much interest in your opinion as i do in synchronized swimming.

you are the most pathetic, snarling, whinging, bitched faced, negative supporter i have ever come across - worse than PLSC - and other such floggers.

Sorry PR. I've seen the kids play close up and let me tell you he's as lazy as they come. Like I said, another wasted pick. No 12.

How can you be sure he wasn't just sore from injury?

People still say Nathan G. Brown looks lazy, sometimes good footballers just have an aura. Same for Joel Bowden and Brett Deledio winning our little Nab Challenge last year )

I find that players with excellent skills in particular "appear" to be lazy because they have such confidence in their skills that when they get the ball they don't panic, they keep a cool head. At Richmond we have not had much experience with these type of players :D

Ok that's fine but since he is contracted for this year how about we support the kid in trying make a career out of this instead of rubbishing him when he hasnt played a game yet this season and wasnt fit most of last season.

If he has a shocker by all means rip into him but I find it annoying that there are still 22 rounds remaining for these kids to find themselves a spot in this team and they're dismissed already.
