Why did Richmond delist him?
He has been playing at Williamstown, and is kicking plenty of goals at full forward. I hope Collingwood pick him up next year.

Cause we are such a great team we have no need for 20 year old KPP's who can kick 6 goals in the VFL seniors.

And he has good size and great mobility.

I've been scratching my head over this one as well,we pick up an injury prone older player like kingsley yet we have a young kid who could play at least ten years as a foward, all he needs is some meat on his bones.

I just hope Collingwood keep their eye on this kid, becuase I've been following Williamstown closely, and Dean Limbach has what it takes to play AFL.

I just dont understand what Richmond were thinking?

I must admit I never saw him play (being interstate does that to your VFL watching), but I heard he was good.

You've got me - I can't explain why we dropped him.

I thought it was an insane decision as well no wonder ppl laugh at us.

Its really sad seeing him stuck in the vfl.
But if Collingwood have any brains, they should snap him up next year.
He would be a ready made tall forward; and has the ability to play in other positions.

I agree and I hope he sticks to the richmond no brains footy department.

I think that Dean was badly done by, but I also trust the RICHMOND BRAINS TRUST so once they decided that he doesn't fit at Tigerland then he is gone from AFL calculations.

Therefore it would be great for the cold PIES to pick him up and waste a pick.

But I hope Dean has a great few seasons at VFL level and makes a name for himself at that level. He is a good guy.

Edwards is a undersized key position player, who at VFL level will do well; but at AFL level will fail.

Dean Limbach has size and mobility. He will be solid player at AFL level. I dont understand what Richmond were thinking? Has to be a mistake.

Not so sure about that but I wouldve prefered to see us keep Limbach and delist Hughes last year but I'm not the list manager.

Limbach did have more promise, Cleve just has sunglasses and gelled hair. ;)

A lot of ppl say that limbach is lazy and unskilled but if he can kick regular bags even if it is at afl then he must have something you can work with.

i was never a fan of limbach but when he got delisted and we picked up the same type of player as dean but 10 years older like kingsley it was a joke

good luck to the kid hopefully he plays well and finds a rookie spot next year he still has plenty of time

Aaron Edwards kicked 100 goals last year in the VFL didnt he?

How's he goes with the Kangas this year?

Below average I'd guess.

It's a massive jump.

mate its only three games in... I believe Edwards will make the jump easily. Just getting adjust to the pace

apparently limbach wasnt happy at the way he was treated at richmond which is why he left the club

not too sure what that means but it was in a newspaper a week or so ago

remains to be seen, has struggled in couple of outings to date, far from any certainty

what 2 games?

edwards is quality and would of chopped out thompson nicely but now with the injury he is going to get the best defender so we'll wait and see
