Decisions, decisions!

What a smorgasbord of televisual excellence awaits us next Saturday night. How does one choose between the Brisbane v Essendon match on channel 7, The Bill on channel 2 and, you beauty, a three hour Abbathon on channel 9?

There hasn't been such keen competition for my viewership since The Paul Hogan Show was up against Cop Shop and Blankety Blanks!

At this stage it's looking like the footy will be watched live, with the other two committed to tape for later viewing.

Hmmmmm tough choice, but my Lions will always win out!!!! And living in a household of Essendon supporters, it will be essential viewing I imagine.

While on the subject of telly, grrrrrrrrr @ channel 7 for putting the Paul McCartney special on so late last night!!!!!

It has to be the footy. Thank Kerrrrist I don't get good ABC reception, it means I will never accidentally tune in to The Bill.
As for the Abba-thon, I don't know if anyone (except maybe Joffa) would be able to stomach the sounds of Ryan Lonie and Bruce Abernethy belting out "Fernando" or "Super Trouper".

How could you possibly even consider missing The Bill????? Its not as if the footy is going to be an exciting game as there is really no doubt about who will win!

Must watch the footy. In my religion, it is a sin to not watch the footy. Even if your side is not involved.

It is likely that the Bombers will win. But we may see the best mark of all time. We may see the best goal of all time. We may see the biggest hip and shoulder ever and the biggest punch up as well. You never know. All this is reasons why you should choose the footy.

Don't even bother watching Brisbane play. It's going to be a humiliation for the home team on Saturday night! There is something seriously wrong at that club.
