There has been much talk about what will happen with fev, who we are in for and the like....but i would like to know who people realistically see as being delisted and which ones will be used as trade bait to possibly get a 3rd rounder or so instead rather than the typical delisting. Personally i think it depends on what happens with people like fev b/c i would be tempted to throw fish to port in some sort of deal to possibly land someone like brad ebert who i think currently could and would be more effective in that position.

A mega trade- Jacobs, fisher, hartlett and a pick for burgoyne and ebert, doubt they would do it but you never know. They need a ruckmen (south aussie there), mite be able to reignite fish and hartlett. Ebert hasn't been the most effective of late their either so he doesn't set the world alight so i doubt they are getting extremely ripped off there. Burgoyne as a flanker as a back up if yaz wants to go home in a couple of years where he could be used to land a mckinley in a straight swap. Wat does evry1 think??

I am not sure on the salary cap but i doubt we could fit Burgoyne and he looks destined for Hawthorn or Essendon, not the Blues. Jacobs and/or Hartlett to Port is definitly a possibility IMO, Fisher might end up at a team needing a third marking forward, possibly Saints.

our cap would have to be better than Hawthorns right? I hear our cap is pretty open.

Would rather keep Jacobs.

I am sure the Power would love 2 Bullant players to replace Burgoyne and Ebert and let me guess we throw in pick 43 as the sweetner.

2.00pm Friday cannot come quick enough!

Yeh well u have to give to get and jacobs will be promising which will mean that we are giving something significant for them. Ebert hasn't done that much but a new club could get him going again and same mite be for fish. Fish was quality a couple of years ago just seemed to go backwards a little. Remember burgoyne is 27 and ebert isn't exactly young as well

**** me so many people have no idea on a players worth or the reality of the trade market.

All the "mega" trade ideas are utter shite.

When was the last "mega" trade between 2 clubs?

I'm just saying, things have to happen eventually, well yes lets go through all these three-way merry-go-rounds then like these fev ones i keep hearing. Fev to sydney, such and such to the blues and jolly etc to pies with a million and one draft picks attached. I'm just saying, in a modification we should get into burgoyne's ear as a half forward or a runner off half back or the wing. Jacobs, fish and 3rd rounder and see where it takes us. We don't know if yaz is going to be in the mood this next season either.

Reading between the lines it looks as though Adelaide may make a play for Jacobs if Griffin is moved on
