Fox footy just said it was an AC injury but didnt expand on it anymore. One thing I noticed was that he got back up and went at the ball again (and he didnt ********ing cry!!) Anyone know how long he'll be out for? Real shame.

McDougall.

You'd have to assume it will be at least 6 weeks, probably more.
********en bad news. But you'd think that a 22 year old who is going to miss 6 weeks (more than 4) would be in tears?? ;) We breed em' tough at Subiaco.

Cuz has a very bad disclocation. Very big swelling on left hand ring finger. He will be very doubtfull for next Saturday.

Damnation.

Injuries are coming thick and fast aren't they?

I hope to god it isn't 'one of those years'...

I think we have the depth. In the game I saw yesterday Aaron Edwards was very good and Kasey Green was playing better than I've seen for some time. Wooden was BOG in the Subi game. Graham looks a very good prospect and will probably be elevated. Selwood will be back in contention too. And don't forget Seaby.

Ye gods, I'd prefer not to assume that for now, if that's okay. He could have just jarred it for all we know.

Wait and see territory I guess, but I really really do not want to have to see Lynch at FF again if it can be at all avoided.

Yeah I was quick out the gates, I meant if it is an AC injury, we'd be looking at 6 weeks at least, as is standard.

On the subject of depth, we have some depth in the mid sized players but generally, we'll be pretty bare if another couple of good players go down. Guys like Edwards and Green getting games would mean we are in deep strife with injuries.

Yep. If anyone has any news re Doogs, would really like to hear it either way because its a pretty scary prospect playing on the road with lynch at ff.

I think we have as good a depth as anyone for the smalls and midsized, but we're pretty badly stretched up tall- losing Seaby, McDougall and Smith straight away at pretty much the same time makes the cupboard up forward pretty bare.

For now, I think we need to switch Staker forward and Lynch back into defence. Trying to teach two guys to learn positions at the opposite end of the ground to where they played all last year seems a bit silly.

I think McDougall aswell as Gaspar are both on the last straw!

Throw Lynchy up the back, rotating him from full-back to centre half-back regularly and I think East Fremantle could do with Staker. I think it's time he heads back to the WAFL and puts some more meat on.

Doogs doesn't seem to have a body that will stand up to AFL footy, every time he cops a bump he gets a shoulder injury.Hanson has a huge oppurtunity in the next 6 to 8 weeks to cement a place in the side, lets hope he's up to it!

Very true there! The door has opened for Hansen now!

He means the Eagles KPPs are not going to be complete ******** every week.

I dont think they were completely bad this week EG Darren Glass completely shut his opponent out of the game. But pro-Eagle-knockers like Yakuza and JuJu would rather look at the glass half empty than half full.

Do you think Brent Staker will cut it down back in a key position old buddy, old pal?

The point is you would rather bag the ones that aren't playing well than praise the ones that actually are.

You're a funny one.

I'm too nice to Freo and too mean to the Eagles.

Just call it how I see it.

Glass played ok.

Brent Staker didn't and I'll stand by my thinking that he won't make it in a key defensive role.

I trust Woosha knows more about footy than you do.
