The company I work for sends materials in PDF format via email to a printing company. I usually organise this but recently the printer has been receiving my emails but with no file attached. Other people I email do receive the files and when I send the files to a colleague and ask them to send it to the printer they receive it.

The one idea I had was that late last year we had a busy period and I was sending up to 8 items for printing in a day, usually very close to each other. Possibly the email client at the printers has flagged me as some sort of spam but I don't know how they would fix this or even if this is the case.

Anyone had similar probles or have any ideas?
