They did astro, thats the ****ing problem. Spud is one cunning mother ****er. He suggested that he would not have taken the job if not for Armstrong being appointed under him. Do you know why? We all know why dont we? Because Spud is a ****ing dud of mega proportions and he knows it. So get someone in who knows and Spud will for once add something remotely connected to success on his ****ing failure riddled, laughable Resume.

you are supposed to fill the positions below you with people who are viewed as not having the same intelligence or skills as yourself so they do not pose any threat to your position ...
