3.5 MILLION will buy you a nice house in a nice suburb - thats all, nothing special.

I rent an extremely modest (read small, pokey and daggy)1 br flat in the Eastern Suburbs, recently my landlord asked me if I might be interested in buying it - for $400,000

ummmm, no thanks !

thats how totally outta control Real Estate prices in Sydney have become

... and Melbourne and Brisbane are not far behind either

The stupid thing is, is that there are people who are willing to pay that sort of money for not much at all!
