When's this kid going to get a game? Hopefully you're not "nursing" him through his first season. Your season is just about gone so you should start planning for next year. Play the kid for the rest of the year IMO.
I've watched him the last few weeks in the SANFL. Doesn't get a hell of a lot of the ball, but has a crack and is always on the go. So why isn't he getting a game right now guys?

Wow, how many topics can be started on the one guy in a season? And he hasn't even played a game yet. It's gonna be crazy around here when he gets a start.

I would have thought this was not a good indicator to getting an AFL game?

He is not the messiah, he's just another AFL draftee hopeful

18 year old 197 cm tall CHF's won't.

He's in the process of adjusting his game from playing against u/18's to men.

While he's not getting masses of the ball, he does show that he will be a good player for us at CHF down the track once he matures. He has a fair crack at it, and has a very good footy brain.

Pressure will demand that he gets a few games this year. Just don't expect too much yet - the best is yet to come.

Thats my point.
We shouldn't be expecting very much from him this year at all.

The call to rush him into the side is suggestive of that he can make a difference this year.

The level of expectation is too high.

Play Rutten. He is ready, and we need to make a decision NOW if we are going to keep him for the next season.

There is a vacancy at FF, and Rutten is the one.
