Now you would think with Gehrig retiering, Fergus Watts should be able to get a game with us. He has been playing well throughout the season in the VFL, should he be given a game.?

Watts at FF, with Kosi rucking/forward ... enjoyed watching Kosi against Richmond taking some super strong marks.

What's the go with Gardiner at the moment? Last I heard he had that foot op?

Does anyone think he'll be worthwhile next year or should we be looking for ANOTHER ruckman?

Ross has said he will keep Gardiner for 2008, hence why he had that season ending operation, in the hope he will be right pre season. I have big doubts if Gardiner can play a whole year in the ruck injury free.

If Watts can't get a game now, he will never get a game.

i think, like your name Hammill02, that Watts should be used in a similar role to what Arron was/is used in. He should push up on the flank to save rooy a bit of energy. He could also be used as a hit up target out of the goal square.
