There's a selection panel isn't there?.I don't think it's just TW who decides who gets picked.I do agree although morton was quiet last week but 17 goals in 6 games is not bad form.

Morton had a reputation for complacency at the Eagles, and while he has shown marked improvement this year, it is a good idea to stay on his case. He'd know that he is rated here, and that he is seen as part of the future.

I don't mind seeing Tivendale get another game... he's worked his guts out, shown lots of character, and not sulked. Sure, he will probably be dumped at the end of the year, but still... Best to continue to take a longer term view, and reward those who show a bit of bottle.

People have been too keen to jump off King. Just a couple of months ago, everyone on this forum was well and truly on his knob...

Morton has barely touched the footy the past fortnight and although King wasn't great against Geelong, his performance was a lot better than Mitch's. King deserves another week to find form, aren't we always questioning Terry about dropping players after one week?

Brown can take a grab, and Edwards plays tall. If Johncock gets him he will out mark him all day. Richo will run through there, Schulz, and as you said, Reiwoldt.

Schulz is just playing okay each week I reckon I think that he should be contributing much more and is due for a strong performance. I think that we need more players stepping up and playing better games at once like Geelong players do. Our best colum is still usually the senior guys and fluctuating youngsters that bob up every round.
