Great street and general spot.
Front yard big, very nice porch could definitely see myself sitting there drinking Coopers pale ale.
Decent sized bedrooms.
High ceilings.
Nice loungeroom.
Had a bath, good size. Separate shower.

Negatives
Very 'mazey' to walk around would be better opened up. Not possible though..
Tiny bathroom.
Zero rear area.
Well looked after but 86 years old, maintenance...
Easy fix but no A\C

Yeah that wouldn't put me off buying it, especially when it had a seperate bath.

I used the made up word mazey but the one main negative, although I actually like a separate longeroom, is along with a separate kitchen in a small house it makes it feel more claustrophic than if it was opened up as more as one area somehow.
