greg chappells bet

hey guys. greg chappell made a bet with a cricket administrator years ago that if the administrator lived to 60, greg would eat a steak. we all know greg is a vegetarian. does anybody know the name of the administrator?? i think he was from new south wales. one of the best i've heard.

Romeo is correct, it was definately Doug Walters and Kerry O'Keeffe told me that Greg paid up.

The original bet was Greg had to go drink for drink, eat half a cow and go smoke for smoke with Dougy who is allegedly a 60 a day man. This was done at a reunion just after Greg had turned Vegan and Dougy was turning it on.

He kept the bet but renegged on the Smokes which was fair enough I reckon.
