Bower almost singlehandedly stopped the Eagles momentum in the final quarter. He took a mark in the defensive 50, and instead of slowing the ball down like the rest of our players had been, he just took off down the centre, and then 2 handballs later, Simpson kicked a goal to take the margin to 13 points and kill the Eagles' run. All started with Bower. I am very proud of the fact that from day 1 I have backed him, even saying last year I thought he was a future AA, and I love that he's finally showing what some of us could see in him. He'll be a major player in our team's run for success in a couple of years. He's easily my favourite player now
