I'm about to go in for my second hernia operation next weekend, both have been a result of general heavy lifting at work.
After I recover from the op, I would like to be able to try and strengthen up the groin muscles and help prevent future hernia's. Going to the gym is out of the question for quite a while, so any general stuff I can do to help?
